Work on systems people rely on every day

Think1st is a software house in Wrocław, building CRM and ERP class systems for insurance, healthcare, AEC and legal organisations. We are deliberately small and fast-growing: communication is fast and direct, and every person here has real impact on the product.

Open positions

Currently we are not recruiting for any position.

Think your skillset would be valuable for us anyway? Send us an email with your CV and we will get back to you when we have an opening that matches your expectations.

Our recruitment process

You always know who you are talking to and what comes next. We give feedback after every stage, whatever the outcome.

01

Initial interview

A conversation with the people you would work with: your experience, what you want to build next, and how we run projects.

02

Programming task

A task you do at home, close to what we actually build. No whiteboard puzzles and no algorithm trivia.

03

Technical interview

We read your solution before the call, then go through it together: architecture, trade-offs and testing.

04

Interview with CEO

A small company means the CEO meets everyone who joins. Expectations on both sides, and where the company is going.

05

Join our team

An offer with the contract form you prefer, a start date that respects your notice period, and an onboarding plan.
